Korg Pandora Stomp

I’ve had a few of the various Pandora models over the years and always found them to be great value.

They always seemed to have some immediately workable tones, portability was great and the instant rhythm track was a handy addition for quick practice.

Now I’m not sure if what’s happened with this new Pandora Stomp model. Either my musical ear has matured enough that it recognises that this thing sounds as cheap as it costs, or Korg have really taken a few steps backwards.

It just sounds fizzy, processed and plastic. After trying literally every single one of the 200 presets I found only 3 or 4 that I thought I could actually use.

The tuner is great on it, and the ease of use is still there from the previous models, but the tone just sucks balls.
