DSM Simplifier MK 1
Great little box for building a pedalboard rig and amp setup around.
I used this for quite some time as the brain of my rig.
It’s really handy for running a stereo two amp rig while simultaneously having a DI straight into my DAW.
The DI is super clean, low noise and really really useful.
If I’m brutally honest, it makes my Morgan PR12 and Fender Blues Jr sound worse than the standard amp tones. It’s thinner and weedier than plugging straight in, definitely sucks a lot of the natural guitar tone. This is ultimately why I moved it on. Maybe if you’re running some cheaper amps this wouldn’t be a problem, but the Morgan’s beauty is in the out the box amp tone.
Cool piece of gear tho, I had the COVID edition that came with a “Stay Home” sticker.
